A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, tracking payments, and helping maintain healthy cash flow in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely collections.

• Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes
• The AR Specialist will monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate aging reports and assist with collection efforts
• The AR Specialist will communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting
• The AR Specialist will maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• ERP system experience preferred
