Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes/journals and settlements;
Run audit reports/journals and make corrections;
Input revenue/expenses data to generate Daily Restaurant Summary and Guest Ledger Summary;
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset system for next day operations
