Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve AR processes, customer payment portals, and invoicing workflows to reduce backlogs and improve collections.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and collection challenges.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and receivables reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Optimize cash application workflows, and overall receivables operations.
• Develop and implement sustainable processes, controls, and best practices that improve efficiency, cash flow, and operational performance.
