Junior Sales Audit Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is working with a retail client in the Pittsburgh, PA area seeking a Junior Sales Audit Coordinator to support their Sales Audit team. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail accounting operations and audit processes within a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role provides day-to-day administrative and audit support to ensure accurate reconciliation of store sales activity and smooth departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

• Audit daily store sales by reconciling reported totals to system-generated sales reports
• Validate deposit information and review supporting documentation for accuracy
• Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing or rejected transactions, by working directly with store cash office personnel
• Document corrections and adjustments in accordance with internal procedures
• Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate sales audit records
• Assist with chargeback research and response preparation
• Support weekly and monthly close deadlines by completing assigned audit tasks on time
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Audit team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
• Basic understanding of accounting or reconciliation concepts is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and retail store personnel
