Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:• Process weekly accounts payable and maintain accuracy
• Reconcile cash accounts and track financial discrepancies
• Manage and reconcile credit card transactions
• Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities
• Support expense allocations and general accounting tasks
Qualifications for the Accountant:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Experience with Quick Books and strong Excel skills
