Job DescriptionJoin our finance team at Howmet's Corporate Center. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule and is located at 201 Isabella Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15212, US.
ResponsibilitiesThis position may require occasional domestic travel, up to approximately 5% annually, based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience including working knowledge of SEC and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements, and Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)
- CPA - Certified Public Accountant
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Workiva software and/or Hyperion
- Experience with a Big Four or nationally-recognized accounting firm
- 3 years of experience in Public Accounting.
- 3 years of experience with SEC and U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting
- 3 years of experience in assisting and preparing SEC filings
- Knowledge of due diligence objectives and procedures; experience working on acquisitions and divestitures; knowledge of purchase accounting rules and implementation issues.
Salary Range: $140k - $165k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/org. location).
