Job Title

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, strong time management, and organizational skills. Experience overseeing a company's financial records, internal controls, and accounting staff. Responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and required reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Team Management:
  Oversee accounting staff, including payroll, AP, and AR
• Compliance and Audits:
  Manage tax filings and lead internal or external audits
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Help create budgets and track spending trends or variances
• Internal Controls:
  Set accounting policies and safeguard financial data
• Month-end Close:
  Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and review income statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field with 20 years of related experience
• Advanced fluency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Experience in supporting ERP implementations
• GAAP knowledge
• Works independently with quick learning capabilities
• Adaptable to change
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
