Guided by four generations of experience and an owner's mindset, our mission is to create long-term value through real estate that endures.

Our vertically integrated platform includes commercial property ownership, development, asset management, property management, brokerage, leasing and construction management services. In addition to owning and operating a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, we also provide third-party property management and advisory services to institutional and private owners. • Review monthly bank reconciliations and assist ownership with treasury activities, cash management, financing, lender reporting and debt administration.
  • Coordinate annual tax return preparation, year-end work papers, fixed asset schedules and depreciation reporting with outside CPA firms.
  • Oversee annual IRS Form 1099 reporting and other recurring tax and regulatory filings.
  • Oversee payroll processing, payroll reporting and employee benefit accounting.
  • Coordinate recurring insurance administration and other financial compliance requirements.
