Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

• Process, code, and review high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• The AP Specialist will manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records
• The AP Specialist will assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• The AP Specialist will ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience in biotech, life sciences, or a similar industry preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
