Tax Management Specialist

Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager $  - $  + Bonus Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience specializing in tax, including corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning, and resolving intricate tax issues.

Preference for experience in Manufacturing, Auto Dealership, or Construction industries

Effective interpersonal and communication abilities

Familiarity with various accounting software

Strong time management skills and the capacity to collaborate with internal team members and clients CPA or law degree requiredRESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with clients and colleagues to offer innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals and businesses

Expertise in individual and business tax returns, particularly focused on flow through entities

Ensure client and team satisfaction through open communication, meeting deadlines, and sharing tax savings strategies

Collaborate with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management, professional development, and business growth initiatives

Oversee and guide associate and senior associate team members to effectively manage deadlines on client engagements

Build skills to attract new clients, market services, and expand business with existing clients

Stay informed of legislative and professional changes, and consult with clients on potential implications

Engage in networking events for client development and represent the firm in the business community
