About the Opportunity
Our client is a professional services organization seeking an Office Support Specialist to support day-to-day office operations, facilities, and technology needs. This role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting employees across departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office facilities, supplies, technology, and general support needs
The Office Support Specialist will manage relationships with office support vendors, including building management, parking, copiers, furniture, and IT-related services
Coordinate office installations, upgrades, and special projects by sourcing vendors, gathering quotes, and overseeing implementation
Act as the on-site liaison for the managed IT provider, including ticket monitoring, scheduling visits, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
The Office Support Specialist will maintain accurate inventory and records for IT equipment, supplies, and vendor contracts
Support employee onboarding by preparing work spaces, ordering equipment and supplies, and assisting with assigned training tasks
Partner with reception and administrative staff to support meetings, visitors, conference room setup, and A/V needs
The Office Support Specialist will provide general administrative and project support, including printing, binding, mailings, and assistance with firm events
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in business, IT, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in office support, facilities coordination, IT support, or a similar role
Experience working with vendors, invoices, quotes, or service contracts preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365;
SharePoint experience a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
