The Senior Estates Administration Paralegal independently manages complex estate and trust administration matters from initiation through final distribution. This role requires strong knowledge of Pennsylvania probate procedures, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals involved in the estate process. This position can sit in Harrisburg, York, or Lancaster.

Key Responsibilities- Manage estate and trust administration workflows from start to finish
- Prepare federal estate tax filings (including Form 706) and state inheritance tax filings
- Handle fiduciary accounting, reconciliations, and preparation of final accountings
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions throughout the administration process
- Utilize estate administration software to organize documents, track deadlines, and maintain records
- Experience with Pennsylvania probate procedures
- Proficiency in preparing federal estate tax filings
- Knowledge of state inheritance tax filings
- Ability to perform detailed fiduciary accounting
- Proficiency with estate administration software platforms
