POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Director of Enrollment Systems and supports the administrative functions and communications systems within Enrollment Management. This employee will be expected to perform a number of vital rolesbased on the undergraduate and graduate admission cycle. The Assistant Director of Communications Systems works with the Enrollment Marketing and Communication steam to support enrollment (admissions and financial aid) communication from Technolutions Slate and Banner Communication Manager.
This position will also be responsible for ongoing testing, quality assurance, listdevelopment, reporting, troubleshooting and support for Slate Deliver and Banner Communication Manager. A goal of this position is to expand the use ofthese tools to their fullest potential. Administrative work requiringinitiative and independent judgement. Maintenance of confidential information while ensuring the efficient operation of the office of Enrollment Management.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degreein business, communication marketing, or a related field from an accreditededucational institution.
1-3 years ofrelated experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Alternatively, the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Previous experience in marketing automation, including lead capture forms,nurturing campaigns, multi-segmented communication flows, including dripcampaigns, queries, filters, content blocks, snippets, A/B testing, and tracking pixels preferred.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
Attention todetail and accuracy while multi-tasking;
Strong organization skills;
Knowledge of PCand Microsoft Office Software;
Working knowledge of CRM platforms preferred; experience with Slate and Banner preferred;
Ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies;
Ability to beproactive, strategic and deadline-oriented in a complex organization;
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work;
Professional demeanor with the ability to deal with people in a courteous and tactful mannerregardless of circumstances.
Ability to work overtime and some weekends during peak enrollment management periods.
Motivation towork harmoniously with a diverse group of highly qualified team members.
