Purpose of Position:

The Office Volunteer supports the day-to-day operations of the CCO office in Pittsburgh, PA, by helping create a welcoming and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.

Description:

• Greet and assist visitors; answer the door and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls with professionalism and care.
• Monitor and respond to front office email inquiries, escalating as needed.
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support, including office tasks and special projects as assigned.
• 8-10 hours per week commitment.

Spiritual Health:

• Nurture growth through regular worship in a local church, prayer, Scripture study, and other spiritual disciplines.

Personal Conduct:

• Displays personal conduct consistent with CCO Statement of Faith, Core Values, Code of Conduct, and the CCO General Expectations of Staff and Associates.
