WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The part-time front desk administrator is primarily responsible for all front desk operations at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre on weekends and weeknights as scheduled. Essential duties include:
- Process payments for daily classes and student accounts using Mind Body and Square
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staff
- Provide front-line customer service during evenings and weekends to students, families, donors, vendors, and staff
- Coordinate with daytime school office staff, maintain shift logs, and communicate any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry and assist with mailings as needed
- Support clients with the online registration process
- Uphold and enforce school policies and procedures during evening and weekend shifts
