Facility Maintenance Planner Duties
Work with Director of Facility Operations to develop weekly work lists
Maintenance and planning of CMMS system to include tracking and input of PM and work order repairs and preventative maintenance in 24-7 software
Develop document track and assign preventative maintenance work lists for all union trades
Educate staff on the operation of 24-7 software to document the execution and completion of work orders and PM work
Manage and document all repairs and annual maintenance on all transportation vehicles, fork lifts, carts etc.
Perform daily walks of the building to confirm completion of work list items and identify areas that need to be addressed
Participate in weekly meetings with union and facility staff to review work lists and preparations needed for the week ahead
Coordinate and communicate with Stadium Tours and Daily Event Rental teams regarding PM and work order activities to limit impact to their operations
Assist with snow removal planning activities by assisting with the management of third party labor, inspection and maintenance of snow removal equipment, rental of equipment, and procurement of calcium
Scheduling of maintenance activities around daily and major event schedule
Development of work lists and tasks related to event day operation
Lead point of contact on event day to dispatch union staff and log work orders and repairs and confirm items are fixed if not corrected on event day
Track post event reports in 24-7 and confirm items from previous event are completed
Create maintenance reports to identify trends and improve efficiency
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and event specific checklists in 24/7 to guide staff activities and enable real time performance visibility
Organize and maintain all facility storage areas
Manage union staff tools and supply inventory
Assist with management of capital repair projects as directed by Senior Director
Work with Logistics and Operations Manager to order supplies and tools as needed for union staff
Education,Skills and Qualifications
Position is required to work major rental events, Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Pittsburgh Football games and other selected stadium wide events
Four-year degree in Sports Management, Facility Management, Business Administration or relevant work experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, frequent walking and standing
Proficient with MS Office suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems
