Job Title

Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary

The purpose of the position is to fill in essential functions of an administrative assistant. Main responsibilities are processing reimbursements, managing outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms. Other tasks include assistance with organizing symposia and seminars with outside speakers, coordinating food delivery, purchasing, and other day‑to‑day administrative tasks. This position is expected to be on‑site/in‑person.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Position is contingent upon funding.

Qualifications

High School graduate/GE degree and 5 to 7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks/projects concurrently
  • Willingness to learn is an asset

Pay Range

$21.52 - $21.52 Hourly Rate

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
