Position Summary
Limited‑Term Clerk – Enterprise Recruitment, Temporary Services Division. Support daily operations of the Temporary Clerical Pool, assisting agencies with clerical tasks and customer support.
Responsibilities- Provide customer support to citizens and staff, delivering accurate information.
- Complete clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Maintain updated records in systems and reports.
- Coordinate assignments to meet temporary staffing needs across agencies.
- Ensure tasks are handled professionally with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least one year of clerical experience.
- Limited‑term, full‑time employment.
- Work hours:
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 60‐minute lunch break. - No telework is available for this position.
- Salary may be non‑negotiable in some cases.
- Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
