As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist
- Executive Assistant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. The Business Experience & Planning Specialist will serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and drives execution. This includes task related to Complex Calendar Management, Event & Meeting Coordination, Travel & Expense Management, and Executive-Level Support for multiple senior leaders.
This role is a strategic, high-visibility position that requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. A strong executive communication and presence when interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization is key.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CIO's calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, and executive preferences.
- Coordinate executive-level logistics including travel, expense management, meeting materials, and follow-ups.
- Apply strong business acumen to prioritize competing requests and manage relationships across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Support the planning, tracking, and execution of line of business initiatives, including data collection, research, and reporting.
- Develop clear, concise executive-level communications, presentations, and status updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (technology, finance, risk, and shared services) to coordinate and advance key initiatives.
- May assist in planning and executing large-scale events (e.g., all-hands meetings, leadership offsites), including logistics, agendas, communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to administrative workflows, reporting, and planning processes.
- Ensure adherence to risk management, confidentiality, and compliance standards in all activities.
- Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
