Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Pennsylvania, United States
Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary: $25.50 - $38.89 per hour
Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently entering data from various source documents into our company databases and systems.
- Reviewing and verifying data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
- Maintaining and updating database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies to ensure all company information remains confidential.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting other departments with data‑related requests as required.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a collaborative team player.
- A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be considered an asset.
- Experience with in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
