Doctoral Program Administrator Nurs-Student Affairs and Alumni Relations
Oversees administrative operations, facilitates and schedules projects, serves as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, recommends organizational changes to increase effectiveness, and resolves issues. Assists with strategic plans and budgetary functions. Essential Functions
• Oversees administrative operations, including major calendars, purchasing supplies, and handling routine correspondence.
• Plans, coordinates, and schedules projects; serves as liaison between internal and external stakeholders; resolves issues and provides feedback, guidance, and support.
• Assists in the implementation and evaluation of strategic plans; measures and reports on results and actions.
• Assesses and recommends organizational changes to increase effectiveness.
• Assists with developing and monitoring the budget by reviewing reports and projections, providing guidance on permissible expenditures, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepares routine budget analyses, reports, and projections.
• Maintains physical and digital documentation.
• Communicates effectively with students and program leadership, providing updates, documentation, and support as needed.
• Contributes to continuous improvement efforts related to facilitating, tracking, and reporting doctoral student milestones.
• Manages scheduling logistics for doctoral project presentations and dissertation defenses.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
