University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator for University Family Medicine. This position is Monday-Friday, daylight hours. This position will have flexible hours with the possibility of remote work. Travel to Shadyside and Magee will be required.

Responsibilities:

+ Participate in the documentation and submission of service requests to ISD and/or system vendor(s). Assist in the assignment of request priorities, and monitor and communicate the progress of the assigned requests.

+ Provide first level support for department programs and initiatives. Communicate problems or complex requests to the Management.

+ Maintain an understanding of UPMC health careers to support programs and initiatives.

+ Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives.

+ Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets.

+ Assist with department administrative support.

+ General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization.

+ Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives.

+ Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities.

+ Participate in design, development, and implementation programs and initiatives.

* High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
* Three years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a high school diploma OR Two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a bachelor's degree OR one year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program required w/ a bachelor's degree.
