Engineering Administrative Assistant

Oxford Solutions has a contract to hire opportunity with our client seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support engineering team with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This role involves assisting with documentation, project coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department. Responsibilities Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other engineering-related documents Assist in preparing engineering project documents, including permits, bid reports, pre-construction documents, and drawings Edit and format documents, including working with PDFs Maintain project files and records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of project-related materials Provide general administrative support to the engineering team Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience editing and managing PDF files Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Engineering Administrative Assistant - 26-00717 #MON
