- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and tools such as AIM, Image Right, and Concept One
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and JIRA; advanced Excel skills preferred
- CSPO certification is preferred but not required
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Emotional intelligence and strong facilitation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
