Senior Manager National Accounts ROLE with a global, industry-leading and growing building materials manufacturer
. The TRG Growth Practice has engaged with a client to identify a high-performing leader to drive revenue growth, expand market share,
and lead a team to drive new strategic account relationships in a company-wide strategic initiative
.

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role working cross-functionally with Sales, Business
Development, R&D, Product Management, Finance, and more
, offering the opportunity to shape the future of strategic relationships, develop programs and develop a top performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution-based sales, developing national strategic relationships at the executive level, and construction materials
, with the ability to execute strategies that drive market share, product mix, and profitability.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Customer Segment Experience (Data Centers, Manufacturers, National Retail, Contractors)
• Commercial building products experience (highly preferred)
• Strong strategic sales planning and execution skills
