As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH;
Cleveland, OH; or Pittsburgh, PA. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (in-office)

This role supports the OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) and loan accounting teams. The position plays a critical role in analyzing and managing complex loan scenarios-evaluating how loans evolved, assessing how they were handled, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, accuracy, and risk management.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, paired with the ability to navigate nuanced and dynamic loan activity where inconsistencies or errors may arise. You will gather, synthesize, and analyze data from multiple sources, forming well-informed perspectives and leveraging key insights to guide decision-making and next steps within a highly regulated environment.

In addition to technical expertise, this role is deeply focused on driving process improvement and transformation. You will challenge existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead efforts to convert manual or legacy processes into scalable, automated solutions. This includes strengthening controls, enhancing data integrity, and mitigating risk across processes.

From a business analysis perspective, you will lead the research, discovery, and interpretation of business requirements to support strategic initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to design solutions, solve complex problems, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This includes recommending and implementing frameworks, methodologies, and processes to support strong requirements traceability and execution.

You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements by collaborating with subject matter experts and senior leadership. Additionally, you will oversee the development and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

This role also leads multiple business analysis efforts across the project lifecycle, including planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness evaluation. You will provide direction to support successful project delivery while driving the development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting to inform business performance and strategy.

As a senior contributor, you will mentor, coach, and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and strengthening team capabilities.

Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.

Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.

+ Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams oncomplex business requirements.

+ Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.
