Looking for a GenAI Ops Intent Lead who will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the successful delivery of Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, governance functions, and platform teams to ensure GenAI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The Intent Lead owns the end to end lifecycle of GenAI use cases, from intake and prioritization through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Working closely with engineering crews, architects, and business leaders, the Intent Lead ensures solutions align with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
• 3+ years of experience working with Generative AI, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of:
  Product Management, Agile Delivery, Business Process Transformation, Generative AI concepts, Enterprise Technology Platforms.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver business outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with:
  Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Governance, Model Risk Management (MRM).
• Experience leading enterprise platform or transformation initiatives.
• Successful onboarding and delivery of GenAI use cases.
• Achievement of defined business outcomes and KPIs.
• Increased user adoption and business engagement.
• Effective prioritization and governance of the GenAI portfolio.
