Media is a leading audio company in America with a large audience and a strong presence in podcasting, live events, and digital streaming.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute promotions such as remotes, events, van hits, and other street team activities from start to finish.
  • Drive promotional vehicles and perform basic office administrative functions, updating the station website.
  • Conduct on‑site promotions, handle clients and listeners, and coordinate client meetings with sellers and sales managers.
  • Set up and run audio and other equipment, hang banners, and other staging elements.
  • Record events (photos, videos, audio, and social media metrics for station promotions) and post to station social media before, during, and after each event.
  • Set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment as required.
  • Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for on‑air, digital, social media, and other contests, supervise prize inventory and in‑studio prize sheets, and award prizes at events.
  • May coordinate and oversee on‑site appearances, remotes, and events, and be responsible for all winner prize fulfillment and release forms.
  • May cross‑train with board operators to operate a control board for studios and remote programming, regulate program timing, operate syndicated programming, and play commercials.
  • May be assigned other tasks by the Promotions Director as needed.
What You’ll Need
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and/or Canva and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
  • High work standards and strong attention to detail.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Project management from start to finish; assumes responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.
  • Effective listening, clear communication, and strong business writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others and maintains composure in difficult situations.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move up to 40‑pound objects.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
