The Sales Operations Coordinator – Data Center Market will lead the coordination and support of cross‑functional teams focused on the growth opportunity in the Data Center Market. • Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting the data center market.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.
• Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision‑making.
• Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the data center vertical market.
• Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
• Prepare executive updates, cross‑functional briefings, and initiative reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to client locations and project sites.
