- Coordinate and facilitate leadership team activities, rhythms, planning sessions, and key organizational deliverables.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to senior leadership teams to drive alignment, organizational effectiveness, and execution of priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and work broadly across technology and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with technology directors, business leads, and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals and business outcomes.
- Develop, analyze, and deliver executive reporting, dashboards, presentations, and insights that support decision-making across the organization.
- Monitor resource allocation, staffing, and cost forecasts across multiple initiatives and delivery efforts.
- Analyze financials, program metrics, organizational data, and operational performance indicators to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Leverage enterprise reporting dashboards and KPI tracking to support executive and CIO-level readouts.
- Understand and drive Agile Ways of Working enhancements across multiple crews and wings supporting strategic initiatives.
- Support and coordinate key CIO deliverables and leadership commitments that may span multiple teams, functions, and bodies of work.
- Drive cross-functional communication and deliver clear, high-quality presentations to executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery frameworks, and organizational best practices while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a versatile business management resource, providing support across strategic programs, operational activities, executive reporting, organizational planning, and leadership team needs.
Qualifications:
- Program and/or Project Management experience within technology, operations, business management, or enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting CIOs, senior technology executives, or leadership teams in a business management, chief of staff, program management, or operational leadership capacity.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent presentation, communication, executive reporting, and leadership support skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with comfort working with financials, resource data, organizational metrics, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and multi-team coordination while balancing shifting executive priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
