Change Analyst

The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption. Working closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders, this role supports assigned change work streams throughout the project lifecycle, while adapting to project and stakeholder needs.

The role supports development and delivery of communications and training activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, reporting and dashboard updates, and adoption and business readiness tracking to support successful implementation of change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of five years of experience supporting change management or project delivery initiatives. Experience working in professional services, legal, consulting, or other client-facing environments. Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM platforms) preferred.

Skills:

Working knowledge of change management and project management principles, with the ability to apply them to support execution and problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to support understanding and adoption across different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and navigate a matrixed environment.

Essential job functions:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring prolonged and/or extensive computer use. Ability to use computers, telecommunications, and digital collaboration tools to perform core job responsibilities. Ability to engage in effective and professional communication. Ability to review information, maintain attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and follow established processes. Ability to access, use, and safeguard confidential and sensitive information while performing job responsibilities in work environments that support confidentiality, privacy, and information security requirements.

Ability to work an adjusted schedule as needed, including earlier start times, to support collaboration with international stakeholders in EMEA based on business, operational, or project needs. Ability to work in the office as required to meet business or project needs.

Working conditions:

This role is remote. Occasional extended hours may be required beyond the normal daily schedule. There may be periodic in-office work requests, so proximity to the office is important.

Pay ranges:
This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $46.63 to $72.53, with an estimated annual compensation range of $97,000 to $132,000, based on expected hours. This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
