Organizational Change Specialist Senior

As an Organizational Change Specialist Senior within PNC's Organization Change Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or one of PNC's hub locations.
The OCM Change Specialist Sr is responsible for executing OCM activities on higher complexity projects/ efforts with greater associated risks. They will typically lead multiple OCM efforts at once to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Organizational Change (Org Chg) solutions, depending on capacity and complexity. In addition to traditional assignments, project work may include work streams within larger OCM programs led by the Org Change Consultant, SII activities, and support of pre-project strategy efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Leads assigned OCM work streams & activities, including activities associated with SIIs, MRAs, etc.
- Executes Resource Identification Activities with PM and LOB Sponsors
- Leads Stakeholder Impact Analysis Activities to define the business impacts of the upcoming changes.
- Develops & Executes Business Readiness Plans, inclusive of deliverables, timelines, resources, and overall approach
- Creates learning/ communication/ support documentation as needed
- Creates adoption surveys and other measurement tools
- Supports OCM Program work by leading/owning OCM work streams and other key activities.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 – $Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
