Business Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of transformation programs and projects across multiple functions
• Ensure objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are achieved
• Translate enterprise transformation strategy into program delivery roadmaps
• Ensure initiatives remain connected to company objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Apply structured change management approaches to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and embed sustainable change across global teams
• Bridge executive leadership, functional teams, and transformation office leadership
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and transparency across stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to program delivery
• Escalate critical issues and recommend corrective actions
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs, metrics, and program health to leadership
• Drive accountability through regular status updates, reviews, and executive readouts
• Champion best practices in program management, governance, and delivery
• Share lessons learned and foster a culture of innovation and performance
• Determine escalation points and maintain alignment with stakeholders and team members
• Clarify and confirm information to ensure alignment; tailor messages to the audience
• Delegate routine and important tasks and decisions
• Coach and develop team members

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field required
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification desirable
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, transformation delivery, or related roles, ideally within a global manufacturing environment
• Experience in improvements to digital platforms required
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, commercial, and engineering functions
• Ability to connect cross-functional priorities into cohesive execution
• Experience driving organizational change
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to delegate tasks and decisions
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Ability to elevate resource capability and motivation gaps
