We are seeking a Channel Relationship Manager to drive supplier performance, commercial opportunities, and operational improvements across our Internal and External Third Party Supplier portfolios.

This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of supplier management, commercial strategy, supply chain, product management, and business analytics. You will own supplier-related opportunities and challenges from identification through resolution—using data to understand the business impact, developing recommendations, engaging the right internal and external stakeholders, and driving actions to completion. You will analyze supplier and product performance, identify pricing and savings opportunities, develop stocking strategies, improve product availability, resolve order and fulfillment issues, support internal in sourcing customers, and build performance metrics that help leadership make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable influencing teams without direct authority. You should be equally comfortable analyzing a large product portfolio, leading supplier and customer discussions, troubleshooting an operational issue, developing a business recommendation, and presenting results to leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic relationships and performance initiatives across assigned Internal and External Third Party Suppliers, leading business reviews and discussions on pricing, availability, lead times, backlog, stocking, product expansion, and operational performance.
  • Drive supplier commitments, escalations, and complex issues from identification through resolution, engaging the appropriate internal or supplier leadership when needed.
  • Analyze supplier and market information to support negotiations, business decisions, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Analyze in sourcing spend, supplier pricing, historical costs, discounts, inflation, tariffs, and product performance to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and coordinate customer-specific pricing and supplier discount strategies.
  • Quantify customer savings and communicate the financial impact of pricing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, competitiveness, and customer value.
  • Partner with commercial team on the insource and customer opportunities.
  • Analyze product demand, revenue, margin, and sales history to identify stocking opportunities.
  • Develop supplier stocking proposals and coordinate forecasts and discounts
  • Identify high-value products that warrant stocking, reclassification, or additional commercial focus.
  • Partner with Product Management and Procurement to move approved opportunities into implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand supplier product assortments.
  • Coordinate collection and onboarding of supplier product information and digital content.
  • Partners with suppliers, and content teams to make products commercially available.
  • Resolve supplier information gaps that delay product onboarding.
  • Monitor supplier backlog, product availability, and fulfillment performance.
  • Drive resolution of high-risk and past-due orders.
  • Investigate order-processing problems and identify root causes.
  • Coordinate resolution of EDI, purchase-order, catalog-number, and supplier-order discrepancies.
  • Convert recurring operational problems into process improvements.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is a business-minded problem solver who combines analytical capability with strong relationship management and execution.

You do not simply identify problems—you take ownership of moving them toward resolution.

You are comfortable working in an environment where the solution may require analyzing data, contacting a supplier, engaging multiple internal teams, challenging an existing process, developing a financial recommendation, and escalating to leadership.

You can move between detailed operational work and broader strategic thinking without losing sight of the business objective.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management, procurement, sourcing, commercial operations, supply chain, product management, or a related field.
