Senior Principal Product Manager, Data & AI

• Own and execute the product vision and strategy for a defined Data & AI product or portfolio
• Shape enterprise Data & AI product direction through strategic narratives and executive alignment
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product-team plans
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints
• Define portfolio-level prioritization principles, investment tradeoffs, and sequencing
• Manage product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch, adoption, and optimization
• Ensure stage gates, quality standards, lifecycle governance, adoption strategy, and value realization across releases
• Define and report Data & AI product values with Product Operations
• Develop and maintain outcome-focused product roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance
• Engage customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions
• Establish and track product success and value metrics (OKRs)
• Guide agile delivery, team ceremonies, backlog management, user story development, and iterative improvement
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases with technical product and engineering partners
• Coordinate with engineering, design, data science, commercialization, sales, marketing, customer success, and implementation leaders
• Drive adoption of empowered, outcome-based product practices
• Develop business cases, monitor financial performance, and adjust plans for viability and growth
• Embed privacy, SOX, healthcare/pharma, security, and other compliance requirements into discovery and delivery
• Serve as primary liaison with cross‑functional partners and external ecosystem stakeholders
• Perform related duties as assigned

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Leader in the pharma/healthcare space, or direct experience in relevant business or functional domains
• Experience leading multiple teams and complex product portfolios
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience considered
• Experience with tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management and collaboration tools is highly desirable
• Experience managing product services and the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to align product strategies with business objectives and market opportunities at portfolio scale
• Experience working with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, customer success teams, and executive stakeholders
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to gather insights, measure success, and validate ideas through metrics
• Understanding of technology concepts, APIs, and software development processes
• Familiarity with competitive landscape, customer segments, and emerging trends
• Knowledge of revenue models, pricing strategies, profitability, and scalability
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of the Product Operating Model

Demonstrates expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle for Data & AI products, with a strong focus on aligning product strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements. Proficient in agile methodologies and capable of leading cross‑functional teams to drive product success and value realization.
