• Independently structure ambiguous client problems,identify the data and information needed, synthesize what you learn, explain tradeoffs, and guide teams toward actionable recommendations.
• Connect recommendations and deliverables to client strategy, operating realities, governance, roles, decision pathways, and practical ways of working.
• Manage stakeholders by creating engagement plans,anticipatingreactions, tailoring messages, navigating resistance, and helping them make informed decisions.
• Design integrated change and enablement approaches that connect behavior change, stakeholder needs, communication, training, readiness, reinforcement, and feedback loops.
• Develop executive-ready storylines, simplify complex work, lead working sessions that generate input and alignment, and turn discussions into decisions and actions.
• Use AI fluently and responsibly to improve consulting delivery,identify high-value AI-enabled use cases, design efficient workflows,validateoutputs, and balance speed, quality, client context, and risk.
• Develop trusted client relationships,identify opportunities for Omlie to add value, and contribute to scoping, proposals, and partnership conversations.
