, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an
HHA/CNA responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

No experience is needed. We will provide you with paid training!

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and energetic Home Health Aide (HHA) to support our bright and spirited 7-year-old son in his home and community. He is a smart, curious child who thrives with structure, consistency, and positive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with children and has experience supporting youth with behavioral and emotional regulation challenges.

Position Spotlight...

  • Schedule - M-F 2hrs/day, Sat/Sun 3 hrs per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one supervision and support in the home and community

  • Assist with after-school routines, homework support, and structured play

  • Implement behavior support strategies and reinforcement plans

  • Encourage positive coping skills and emotional regulation

  • Support social skill development and appropriate peer interactions

  • Ensure safety at all times

  • Communicate consistently with parents regarding progress and concerns

  • Assist with light child-related tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with children with behavioral or emotional challenges preferred

  • Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated under stress

  • Skilled in de-escalation techniques and positive behavior supports

  • Consistent, reliable, and punctual

  • Energetic and able to engage in active play

  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred, if community outings are included)
