The
Regional Lead,
Construction & Jobsite Safety for project execution will be a lead for Construction Management & Safety in the Americas region as part of our Global Engineering, Project Delivery Team, responsible for delivering capital projects from design through contract development, execution, and handover to commissioning and qualification. This role will also be accountable for implementing and maintaining construction safety strategies aligned with Sanofi’s Construction Safety Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs), and to coordinate at a strategic level with the Global Head of Construction Safety.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in construction delivery models, contract administration, and multidisciplinary construction sequencing (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Civil, Structural, and Architectural). This individual will manage a team of professionals, ensure effective resourcing of projects, and support a culture of safety and excellence across all construction activities.
