• Lead and manage craft personnel, including foremen, skilled trades, and subcontractors
• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities to meet project milestones
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor workforce productivity, manpower levels, and resource allocation
• Review drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure proper project execution
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve field issues
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards
• Track progress and provide updates on schedule, risks, and performance
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
• 8–12+ years of construction experience across multiple crafts or disciplines
• 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Experience on large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with scheduling software and construction management tools
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety credentials
