We’re scaling intentionally and looking for a Lead Craftsman who can run a jobsite with confidence, professionalism, and pride. This role exists so projects move forward without the owner needing to be on site every hour.

As Lead Craftsman, you own day‑to‑day jobsite execution. You lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, protect quality, and keep projects moving according to plan.

• Lead daily jobsite operations on assigned projects
• Direct laborers, helpers, and subcontractors
• Enforce Helix quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Track progress and flag issues early
• Coordinate materials, tools, and workflow
• Communicate clearly with ownership and clients when needed
• Maintain a professional, orderly jobsite at all times

• Strong hands‑on experience in residential construction or finish carpentry
• Proven leadership on active jobsites
• High standards and the backbone to enforce them
• Respectful communicator with clients and crews
• Organized, punctual, and accountable

• Pricing jobs or approving change orders
• Making financial commitments on behalf of the company
• Guessing when unsure. Ask early.
