• Lead daily on-site oversight of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple data center buildings.
• Validate and maintain the project schedule, including forecasts, CPM updates, and look-ahead plans.
• Manage OFCI equipment lifecycle from logistics to installation, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules and vendor timelines, aligning with construction progress.
• Track progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate effectively with project leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably in data centers or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.

Experience with GMP buyouts, value engineering, or facility commissioning is beneficial.

Availability for site visits and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction. Relevant professional licenses or certifications are recommended.
