Location:
Pittsburgh, PA Salary: $90,000–$115,000
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager (APM) who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial construction projects and the ability to coordinate effectively with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams.
Qualifications- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project schedules
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experienced APMs with the skills and experience to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply
