Web Designer

FXV Digital Design, Inc has an opportunity for a Web Designer to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and passionate designer to help drive web efforts using Word Press and Divi.

This is a full-time position, working in our office in Wyomissing, PA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. Please do not apply if you live elsewhere.

• Web design and related experience with WORDPRESS AND DIVI (no exceptions!)
• Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to execute strategy with design solutions
• Proficient with industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign), Google products, and related business and communications tools
• Must provide portfolio showing web design work, demonstrating understanding of design principles for consideration
• Understanding of UX/UI design
• SEO knowledge

• Create web design concepts and development
• Develop artwork and visual elements for websites
• Assist with the maintenance of websites using Word Press
• Support the Communication and Marketing team in ensuring branding guidelines are followed and upheld across the organization
• Takes ownership of projects and organizes workflow efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and adjust designs to meet evolving objectives/needs
• Participate in brainstorming and planning to generate new ideas across department
