Membership Coordinator - Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

Are you the kind of person who turns challenges into opportunities and loves making customers feel genuinely taken care of? As our Membership Coordinator, you'll own and grow one of the most important relationships we have: the one with our members.

You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact our members count on. You'll keep accounts accurate, schedule maintenance ahead of the curve, track what's working, and bring fresh ideas to make the program even better. If you're organized, self‑motivated, and energized by great service, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:
Customer Communication & Scheduling
  • Be the primary point of contact for our membership customers, with prompt, professional, friendly communication.
  • Proactively schedule maintenance visits up to six months ahead using our automated system (calls, voicemail drops, emails, and texts).
  • Educate customers on everything their membership gets them.
Membership Management
  • Enroll new members and keep accurate records in Service Titan.
  • Set up recurring services for easy booking and make sure technicians have what they need for every visit.
  • Monitor membership metrics and report on retention and sales.
Marketing & Growth
  • Develop strategies to attract new members and re‑engage current ones through educational campaigns and promotions.
  • Build welcome packages and keep member benefits front and center.
Program Improvement & Support
  • Generate ideas to strengthen the membership program and support the team with member questions.
  • Train teammates on membership benefits, booking procedures, and service documentation.

  • Support the call center during peak seasons.
  • Participate in our weekly on‑call rotation.

What We're Looking For:
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a membership or service‑industry role.
  • Strong organization and time management; you keep a lot of plates spinning without dropping one.
  • A collaborative spirit that adds to a supportive, positive team.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with CRM systems (Service Titan a plus) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Accurate, efficient typing for correspondence and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
