Five Below - 1010 Settlers Ridge Center Dr - Responsibilities:
Ensure all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and provide the BEST customer service experience;
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed effectively;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues
