Customer Service Rep

Patterson is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support dental and animal health customers in our Wholesale Trade operations. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders, track shipments, and resolve product and service issues with accuracy and urgency. You'll collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Using CRM and order management systems, you'll document interactions, follow up on open cases, and escalate complex concerns.
