• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns with care and follow-through
• Assist sales reps with customer-related requests, special projects, and follow-up
• Proactively make outbound calls to update customers on order status, backorders, and service resolutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
• Become an expert in our systems, tools, and procedures to better support customers
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication and follow-up

• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Friendly, professional phone demeanor and customer-first attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively
• Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques when appropriate
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role preferred
