Travel between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services;
Install products, resurvey accounts and assist with asset/inventory management;
Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded;
Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule;
Possibly travel to customers in assigned area to resolve customer service questions and issues
