3R Consulting are recruiting a Customer Support & Sales Advisor in Chester, Cheshire

Working within the hospitality industry you will work with licensees via telephone and digital media handling queries, taking and processing orders whilst up-selling, cross selling and assisting with tie compliance. Building strong relationships via a culture of outstanding customer service is at the heart of this role.

You will maintain a diary of licensees to call each week and process orders, sell key brands ensuring the customer has the best product range available. Drive licensee engagement and handle incoming calls and digital communications. Manage important tasks which form part of the drinks supply service.

You will have excellent office based customer service experience, inbound/outbound calls experience and be an effective communicator with a polite confident telephone manner. Resourceful with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have MS Office experience inc. Excel and email management.
