** with 5+ years of professional experience to join our
** Global Refinish Marketing Communications team**. In this role, you’ll help elevate the visual identity of one of the world’s leading coatings brands, designing impactful materials that support our marketing and business objectives. * ** Design Development:
** Create high-quality, on-brand designs across a variety of platforms, including digital (web, social media, email, video) and print (brochures, packaging, event materials).
* ** Brand Stewardship:
** Uphold and evolve brand standards to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual excellence across all global markets.
* ** Creative

Collaboration:

** Partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to translate strategies into compelling visual solutions that drive engagement and brand recognition.
* ** Project Management:
** Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through production, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
* ** Innovation:
** Bring forward-thinking ideas and design solutions that push creative boundaries while staying true to brand identity.
* ** Asset Management:
** Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient access and future use.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house marketing environment.
* Expert proficiency in
** Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**; experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout across digital and print media.
* Proven ability to work within brand systems while bringing fresh creative approaches.
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to feedback in a dynamic, global environment.
